
Shop Policies
All of our items are individually hand crafted. No returns or refunds; all sales are final. However, if you have an issue with an order I must be contacted within 3 days of delivery to help resolve the issue. If a return is approved, items must be shipped back to me within 3 business days. Failure to do so will result in failure to receive a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about sizing, please join our VIP group on Facebook and we’ll be glad to help you!
LOCAL PICK UP is available in Collinsville, IL - you can choose this option at checkout. Local pick-up orders must be picked up within 10 days of receiving notification that items are ready for pick up.
Items not picked up within 10 days will be billed for exact shipping. If shipping is not paid within 48 hours, you will be refunded minus a 50% restocking fee.
Pick-up emails are sent automatically when the order is fulfilled. This is the only notification you will receive for pick-up.
Local pick-up items are placed in a closed bin on our covered front porch.
CUSTOMS: Customs are always open! Please email thecraftynurseco@gmail.com for any custom requests. Please allow 24-48 hours response time.
SHIPPING: All purchases are shipped via USPS or UPS. The Crafty Nurse Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the shipper. If your package has not been received, please reach out to us and we will help you work with USPS or UPS to find your package.

Please note turn around time (TAT) at the time your order is placed. If TAT is not posted, then per FTC guidelines TAT is 30 business days.
