All pens are made to order unless stated otherwise. Pens are made with a variety of style of beads & spacers. Please select the style of pen base and in the drop down boxes, select focal bead. Styles of pens are in pictures 3 & 4. Focal beads are in picture 2. I will take care of the rest. All pens come with an extra refill.
